and it's even better if you can block it at the border so that you deny
the mail when it's inbound and get off a few spam lists.
It's also nice to be able to delay the spammers a bit, and force them
into lower timeouts, which you can then in turn use to delay all Email
coming in a little bit so that spammers that have timers that are too
low will actually give up way before the mandated RFC timeouts and fail
to send all their spam to anyone who is just a bit too slow at
receiving.

Anyway, if exim is an option at all, look up sa-exim
