The CPR site doesn't seem to say.  They have a contact page, which
lists:  webmaster at updates.cpr.ca.gov 

Searching www.ucdavis.edu for "California Performance Review Hearing"
came up with a few leads.  One didn't mention place or time.  The other
pointed to a site that seems unreachable right now (aqua.ucdavis.edu),
and the cached version didn't provide any more clues.

However, a quick pop over to the MAIN cpr.ca.gov website showed this,
which has all the info you need, I think!
