[svlug] looking for a thinknic like live linux CD

Greetings,

Is there a live (bootable) Linux CD distribution
similiar to the ThinkNic CD which can be used for the
laptop/notebook  ?

I need only the kernel, netscape browser and some
basic multimedia stuffs on the CD. Knoppix 3.3 is too
complicated for the ladies in our church. 

It will be nice if this CD supports PCMCIA/wifi cards
and CF card for local storage. 

Is ThinkNic still in business ?
