[svlug] Web base Trouble ticket

Howdy,

I am looking at setting up a web based trouble ticket system for a small
company.  They are mostly MS shop, but I've been slowly adding in Linux to
replace servers...

Any recommendations would be appreciated.  You can send to me privately
and I'll post a summary.  I've already check on sf.net and freshmeat.  
What I am looking for is someone who has actually set one up and have
experience using it.  I want to hear your experiences, likes, dislikes,
etc.
