Those prices are correct for the "Basic" package, which does not
include support. You often see higher prices quoted, which are the
supported versions.

The RHN customer discount is not there but if you have a RHN account
the qualifies, you'll see the special offer on the "buy more
entitlements" page. It was sent in email as well.
