J C Lawrence recently commented[1] that something dodgy is happening with my
Mail-Followup-To header:  My apologies.  I've been meaning to track down 
the (apparent) gaffe I've made in mutt configuration, but haven't had
time. 

In case someone can spot my error, I've just mirrored my ~/.muttrc
