Don't send postal mail to Washington, DC.  Use the
Senator's or Representative's address in his or her
home state.

Anna Eshoo claims " I give equal 'weight' to every
form of communication... U.S. mail, handwritten notes,
faxes, phone calls and emails."

I doubt this is true for everyone, or if she will be
able to keep it up.  Email and phone are better than
nothing, though.
