Hi,

I'm currently looking into open source CRM apps and am interested in 
knowing which one's people have used and what their experiences were.

Which OSS CRM apps have you used and what did you like/dislike about 
each one?

The top 2 that I'm currently looking into are:
1. Hipergate (http://www.hipergate.org/) - Currently my 1st choice
2. Compiere (http://www.compiere.org)

The current benchmark app is Microsoft CRM 1.2 as that is what we are 
using currently.

BTW: This question is intentionally open ended as I'm interested in 
people's experiences/opinions without prematurely narrowing the scope of 
discussion.
