[svlug] printing to unsupported printers via win shares [Follow-up]

I was just playing with Samba and Cups this weekend. Attahced are my
conf files. In addition, I enabled raw support in the Cups mime.convs
and mime.types.
I'm now facing troubles accessing these services vie 802.11g but that
is likely another issue all together.
