Now that I took a closer look at the Newsforge story... :-)  it looks 
like its not preloaded.  The web site didn't have a disclaimer @ the 
preload so I am hopeful....but most of all I am happy to be able to 
purchase a new HP computer without having to pay Microsoft for software 
I don't want to use. :-)
