[svlug] Linux based tape backup of Exchange Server

Can anybody recommend a Linux based tape backup software that can
handle the live backup of an "Exchange Server", WindowsXP clients and
Solaris and Linux workstations? 

I've checked BRU and Arkeia and they both need third party plugins for
Exchange.

Does anybody have any experience with Dantz Restrospect?
