Cisco has a program to certify other adapters to be compatible with their
wireless extensions: http://www.eetimes.com/issue/cw/OEG20030228S0054
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partners/pr46/pr147/partners_pgm_concept_home.html

Examples of a non-Cisco adapters that supports LEAP are Atheros
http://www.atheros.com/news/leap.html and
the Apple Airport http://www.apple.com/airport/specs.html
