Um, that's what Google is for. If you don't know what something is,
do some VERY SIMPLE research first, Then ask for help if your research is
fruitless. 

You can't hand-hold people though life. Sometimes they need to learn for
themselves. Like any good teacher, I give people enough info to enable
them to find the answer. This helps the newbie learn how to solve
problems for themselves. Why should I waste my valuable time on someone
who is unwilling to learn?

If someone REALLY and TRUELY can't handle Google, then that person is
going to have a REALLY hard time using Linux (or a computer in general)
and should probably go with something a little less complex like a
4-function calculator.

If you are not interested in learning, and only want the quick answer, I
would suggest going to paid support like RedHat. That's what they are
there for. Users Groups (such as SVLUG) are groups where people get
together and learn from each other. They are NOT there as an alternative
to commercial support.
