I don't yet have any PCMCIA cards, but I think I know what options you
need.  Under General Setup -> PCMCIA/CardBus support you probably need
to enable CardBus support.  Then, for the 3c575, in Network device
support -> Ethernet (10 or 100Mbit) select 3c590/3c900 series
(592/595/597) "Vortex/Boomerang" support.  The help for that option
mentions the 3c575 and PCMCIA/Cardbus.
