try this link, iso's are there, it is Suse-8.2 marked as beta afaik.

Also, I run SLES, I am not sure but I think it would be legal 
if I gave you the source CD's wouldnt it? 

Roland, who is a bit puzzled by Suse and Redhat's enterprise licensing
schemes...
