[svlug] Trolltech's Qt talk at ACCU in San Jose, Aug 12th

For those who hadn't noticed, the August 12th meeting of the
Silicon Valley Chapter of ACCU (Assoc. of C & C++ Users) will present
"Introduction to Programming Qt", with Charles Samuels and Roland Krause.

(They've spoken at LUGOD in the past; Charles staffed the KDE booth at
LWE last week.  Both are often seen at SVLUG meetings.)
