You have never set up NT 4.0 on a recent vintage server have you? You
have no idea how much pain that can be. It can easily be an all day
effort trying to mix and match various hot fixes and service packs at
certain points of the install to get everything going. You stop counting
reboots after the first 20 or so. 

Oh yeah, make sure it's firewalled during the install process or it will
get rooted before you are done installing it. Yes, that actually
happens.
