[svlug] CSS editor for Linux

Folks,
are there any editors to create "Cascading Style Sheets" that run under
Linux?

I would like the following: 

- Wysiwyg or near Wysiwyg.

- Free, as in speech or beer, in that order.
  Although "cheap bear with recipe included" will also be considered. 

I have looked at Morphon, Bluefish, Quanta already and would welcome
any comments on these tools as well as any other input you have on the 
subject.
