I did not say RBL (Realtime Blackhole List for spam), I said DUL (Dial
Up List).  But it's ok, I won't spew my low-grade info to your list.

It is if they are using the same radius equipment to authenticate and 
assign you an IP as the dialup users.  In the case of DSL, it's not
called PPPoE for nothing.
