All the policy traffic is starting to remind me of a situation I have
with the phones at work.  I only seem to make calss to clear up the
billing mistakes on my phone bill, and I only seem to get calls from
other phone companies offering to change my service (everyone else calls
my cell).  Other than calls regarding my phone service, I don't really
need a (land-line) phone.

What I propose is a no-policy-traffic policy.
