Article 12 covers Special Interest Groups (including SVLUG).


Article 12, Section 1 states:

    "A proposal shall be made in writing or electronic form which
    defines the purpose of the SIG"

I searched the sbay.org web site manually and searched Google with
"proposal svlug site:sbay.org", but was not able to find SVLUG's
sbay.org proposal.  It should exist.  Does anybody know where it is?


Article 12, Section 3 states:

    "The SIG participants may opt as a group to adopt a charter as their
    governing rules."

I searched the sbay.org and svlug.org web sites manually, and searched
Google with "charter svlug site:sbat.org" and "charter svlug
site:svlug.org", but was not able to find SVLUG's charter.  From Marc's
statements, I don't think it exists.  Can someone please confirm?
