I, for one, think this is an excellent idea.  But keep it with
the same rules that were outlined earlier, real jobs from real
people who are members of this list.  Companies, not recruiters.
I think it would solve the problem of addressing the needs of many
of our members who are looking for work, yet also keep the main
list clean.  And only people seeking employees or employment
would need to sign up.  Just post the sign-up instructions here
once and voila!  Everybody's happy.  (Hey, I can dream can't I? ;-)
