[svlug] [Job Posting] There Needs Hackers Like You!

While David's posting was in violation of the SVLUG rules, I do think
it was meant innocently and he should be given a second chance.

Further, I think the rule should be changed. Given the large number
of out-of-work SVLUG members and the small number of available jobs,
job offer postings are unlikely to be a major problem in the near
future.

If the levels of job-related traffic should increase, due to an
improvement of the economy, then the creation of an svlug-jobs list
(analogous to the baylisa-jobs list) would solve that problem.

To avoid recruiters joining just to post to the list, we could have a
couple of rules that would limit the problem:
  1) No recruiters - only a representative of the company that is
hiring may post.
  2) You may not post only job ads. If you do not participate in
discussions on the list, and only post job ads, you will be removed.
(David is not a recruiter, and he's posted other stuff to the list.)

I think with these slight relaxations of the no-job-posting rule we
would not see any degradation in quality of the list, and it would
really help those who are having trouble getting work.

As for the "leet" speak, I'm sure that was intended as humor. I don't
know what There does, but I doubt it's software piracy or cracking.

So again: give David a second chance. He's a good guy and I don't
think he intended any harm.
