[svlug] Open Source CRM applications?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good Linux-based CRM (Customer
Relations Management) package? I would perfer it to have a web-based
client (as people using multiple platforms will be using the
software), and I would perfer it to be offered under an Open Source
license. A db backend is required; either MySQL or PostgreSQL is fine.

I took a look at Freshmeat and Sourceforge, and saw a number of ideas
for software, without any actual software. I could cobble something
together myself, but I'd hate to reinvent the wheel if something is
already workable.
