No, but the person who gets the high score must be knowledgeable,
good at explaining things, technically capable of running a web
site reliably, and good-natured enough not to get people mad at
him or her and remove their links to his or her site.

If you're hiring several people you should do this for at least
one of them.  Think of the PR you would get.
