[svlug] reset of default printer in CUPS

I have set myself two printers in CUPS, one is called "Lobby" and one
called "Lab". thinking in old lpr terms, I imagined "lp" is the default
printer, and set myself up with a class called lp which contains
"lobby". however I see that the default is Lobby and not lp since it was
defined first.

now I need to set "Lab" to be the default. I noticed there's
/etc/cups/printers.conf where I can do that manually, but I can't find
in the docs where I can do that from the web interface. the only option,
as far as I saw it, was to use the lpoptions commandline, a fact that
was burried in the user's manual. did I miss anything?
