[svlug] RedHat 8.0 upgrade related

Hi, everyone.
I just upgraded my system with RedHat 7.3 to 8.0 version.
I am using loadlin.exe on small DOS partition (hda1) to load linux on my secondary
drive (hdb). I had no problem loading RedHat-7.3 after moving "vmlinuz" from boot floppy
(created during install) to hda1 partition. But now when I moved "vmlinuz" from RH-8.0
boot floppy to hda1, I get the following error:

"Uncompressing Linux...
 Invalid compressed format (err=1)

 -- System Halted "

I am assuming "vmlinuz" on boot floppy is compressed,
since it is big and wouldn't fit on 1.44 floppy in original state.
But what type of compression and what do I need to do with it before I move it to hda1 ?
Any suggestions ??
There is nothing wrong with the OS, I just don't want to boot it using floppy, it takes long time.
TIA
