It's been nearly that hot here. I recently got my hands on 
a volcano 7+ heatsink and Antec performance 830 case.
My CPU (~2 ghz) is never over 40 C (even when the room 
is 33+ degrees centigrade).

Just a suggestion to those looking for good cooling options
for the summer.
