[svlug] Binding a processor to a process -- is it possible?

As the subject suggests, I was wondering if there's a way to bind a
processor on a multi-processor box to a particular process.  For example,
if it's possible to set aside one processor of a dualie solely for MySQL.

I have no idea as to if this is at all possible, so if anyone might have
any insights, I'd really appreciate learning about this.
