Recap of the first OSPG meeting, Jan 17, 2002, 7-9pm.

Thanks for everyone who came and made the meeting a success! We had about a
dozen present, ten on the sign-in sheet.

The most significant item of business is that the meeting night will change
next month, but the location will remain the same (Berkeley).
