Like others have pointed out, PuTTY works pretty well....

There is a Windows front end to PuTTY's PSCP and PLINK portion of it called 
iXplorer, http://www.i-tree.org. It has a nice GUI, support SSH ( since it's 
PuTTY's front end and support drag and drop feature.

The iXplorer does support that too...
