[svlug] can't login to RH 7.1

Hello;

Ah; yes I see /etc/xinetd.d/telnet has a disable, by default, in the 
script.  It was also chkconfig'd off.  Why do it twice?  It seems a 
little extreme to me. 

This has it working.
