[svlug] Linux boot netowrk order

I have a laptop with RH7.3.  it has integrated NIC, and I often use wireless cards, as well.  I would like to change when PCMCIA get loaded so the wireless cards can be activated with the rest of the network options.  I would also like to change the timeout on eth0 (integrated NIC) so when I am not wired the system boot quicker.
