[svlug] Meeting Announcement - Internet Developer Group

Sorry, this is a little off topic, but maybe not entirely.  Next Tuesday
evening at 7 pm IBM will make a presentation on "Autonomic Computing" at
the Internet Developer Group meeting held in Netscape's Planet Moz Dining
Room.

IBM's initiative is modeled on the human nervous system to develop coding
techniques that change systems administration, more automatically handle
user errors, simplify moving data to many different kinds of clients,
organizes itself, and heals itself, if necessary.

The speaker is Dr. Tushar Chandra, Senior Manager, Distributed Systems,
IBM Research responsible for creating a software infrastructure that
supports computing as a utility.
