Yes. Linux Journal recently decided to outsource subscription
handling.

You can mail Phil Hughes, who runs SSC, at phil at ssc.com.  Letters
for publication can be sent to Richard Vernon, Editor in Chief, at
richard at ssc.com.

If a company that provides a product or service you like decides
to inflict outsourcing on you, and you have a problem, do _not_
complain through "channels".  Complain directly to the trademark
holder so they will know how their vendor is doing.
