[svlug] install debian from ftp

Don't think I had any of these problems...  User error I believe.  I was
surprised it took so many disks to get to install the base system...
rescue, root, and 4 driver disks...  Anyway, looks good now, I booted the
base system and I'm installing the other packages now.

| For a while on of the Debian install CDs would fail on trying to
| remount the install CD to get at the base packages.  Changing to
| another VT and manually unmounting it beforehand would solve.  There
| may be a similar issue with the floppies (been a while since I've
