Hello;

I wonder how to make a VFAT file system.  I am trying to get wine to 
work on my rhat 7.1 system and the software I want to run seems 
to require a VFAT filesystem (tesla coil cad).  A man of mkfs.msdos
appears to indicate that a FAT filesystem can be made, but no mention
of the VFAT system appears there.  Is it possible to make a VFAT 
filesystem under linux?  I do not own any microsoft stuff so
that probably isn't an option.
