My dialup ISP is SurfBest, www.surfbest.net.  At the time I signed
up, they looked like the best deal in terms of price ($12.60) and
coverage (they use dialups from several national dialup networks
plus their own).  I'm registered to use their SFB1 net (WorldCom/UUNET)
and it works fine with Linux.
