Sasha, please don't apologise, but for heaven's sake learn your
software's configuration settings.  Here:  I've started up KMail,
and on the File menu, you pick Settings.  Within the Settings page,
you pick the Composer tab.  In the Appearance section, make sure
checkbox "Word wrap at column" is checked.  (It seems that you do _not_
have it checked.)  In the fill-in box for which column to wrap at,
put some value like 68.

Unfortunately, I found your post pretty much unreadable, on account of
that.
