Please note that I specifically said that as a _general_ alternative
to BIND, it isn't there.

And, I'm sorry, I don't consider omitting IETF Notify and IXFR, just
because the author doesn't like them, to be acceptable.  Especially
Notify, for heaven's sake.  Hasn't the man ever heard of secondaries?
