[svlug] DSL provider (raw bandwidth <-> pacbell?)

  I've heard good things about raw bandwidth on this mailing list in the
past (and today, in northpoint related message by Rick). If anybody has
any experience I would appreciate comparison to pacbell - the price
difference is $25/month (raw is more expensive) since pacbell doesn't
charge anything for isp services (one year contract).

  Is it worth it to go with raw bandwidth? why? (I checked the
dslreports.com)
