Since it's this easy to use gzip in this manner, why hasn't there been a
version of tar that does it with bzip2?  Or is my head in the sand? 
(Yes I know I can bunzip2 {file} | tar -xvf, but the same way I prefer
cp instead of copy, I prefer tar -bxvf or whatever letter you end up
assigning to bzip/bunzip).
