No.

Too  many services  are allowed  for people  who have  broken DNS  and as  a
result, too many people have broken DNS. Back  in the good old days, if your
reverse DNS was broken, many many servers would refuse to talk to you.

Sure, it is unusual for a mail server nowadays to refuse mail from a machine
that doesn't have any reverse DNS, but it's perfectly acceptable.

Fix your DNS :-)
(or yell at your provider if need be, and change providers if they don't
understand/won't comply)
