This is more of the monthly review that the directions to the SVLUG meeting
are current and correct. To avoid having to make all the changes at once,
I'm getting prepared a little early for changes to maps for SVLUG's June
meeting when the light rail extension to I-880 opens, including the station
at Cisco Way, which will be the new closest station to the SVLUG meetings.
Here's what the new pedestrian/bike map from the light rail will look like:

It's a bit crowded so I thought I'd check with the group that it's obvious
enough how to find everything with it. It isn't too late to make changes.
(The image won't be linked from the directions page until after SVLUG's
May 2 meeting.)
Here's how the directions page currently looks...

And the current pedestrian map from the Baypointe light rail station:

There will also be changes to the directions page text. I haven't written
those yet, and probably won't until May when the light rail actually opens.
The big changes which light rail riders (including those who transfer from
CalTrain in Mountain View) should expect in June are:
* If you come from the Tasman (Mountain View) line, your trolley will keep
going eastbound from Baypointe. (Baypointe will no longer be the end of
the line.) You'll go one more station to the east at Cisco Way.
* If you come from the Guadalupe (San Jose) line, your trolley will still
end at Baypointe. You'll exit to the platform on the right (relative to
the direction the trolley enters the station) to transfer to an eastbound
Tasman line trolley. Go one station to the east at Cisco Way.
* If you come from the new I-880 station (i.e. from a bus transfer), you'll
go one station to the west to Cisco Way.
