No.  Who is spreading such misinformation?

Some people seem to think that, because of the EFF's successful
negotiation with Adobe, Sklyarov is already home or something.  No
such luck.

Adobe Systems agreed to call for his release, which Adobe did.  The
U.S. Attorney has so far ignored this call and the criminal charges
against Dmitry Sklyarov were still going forward as of Friday.

In a criminal case, the plaintiff is the government, and the government
can prosecute even if the "victim" would prefer not to.  Dmitry Sklyarov
still needs your help to get the U.S. Attorney (acting USA David
Shapiro here in San Francisco) to drop the charges.
