iBook/Titanium & Linux (was Re: [svlug] request: which notebook to buy?)

Looks promising.  If I can't get OS X to work with the internal
CD-RW on my iBook, I may consider installing Linux on a partition.

However, I'd normally prefer access to the Classic environment,
and I'm really pleased by OS X's fast sleep/wakeup capability.  If
I have a thought in the middle of the night and want to ask Google
something, I'm more likely to do it.
