Signed messages (GPG/mutt) tend to appear as attachments in MSOE and
other MUAs (Eudora, in particular).

Messages with a line beginning "begin  " (begin, with two spaces) are
interpreted by some MS MUAs as an inline VB or other script[2].  Several
people have exploited this "feature" by configuring their default
reply-to attribution line to read "begin  <user> quotation" or similar.
This Is Your Problem, Not Theirs®.
