I get nothing when I Ctrl-middle click.  If I Alt-middle click it cycles
through the windows ala Alt Tab.  IIf I just middle click, nothing
happens.  If I middle click on the title bar, it brings other windows to
the front without removing the focus from that window.

What am I doing wrong?  I am using a standard...never mind.  I'm using
konsole instead of xterm.  Sorry.  Maybe some of the above might prove
useful to someone.
