These are four line responses to 1,400 line digests, quoting the entire
digest. Multiple times. In succession. Within the same thread.
List traffic profile suggests the majority of posts fall well below the
100 line mark, and very few exceed 400.

I know the moderator. We don't always see eye-to-eye. I've been a
participant for most of the past decade.
I'm also not seeking to constrain list traffic, but to provide a clue to
some exceptionally ignorant and thoughtless participants.

Reading the recipie you'll find it replies to listmember and his or her
postmaster.

With any luck at all the rule will be triggered rarely. However, the
option is open.
