Much as there are those who rail against and refuse to use various
proprietary or curiously licensed code (SPCL etc), I see a fairly
actively growing population who consider the GPL to be the most
restrictive and generally least generous and useful of the
OpenSource licenses (compared to say BSD, Artistic, MIT, etc).
